Range of people with underlying illness
Those who are outpatient or hospitalized in any of the following conditions
• Chronic respiratory illness
• Chronic heart disease (including hypertension)
• Chronic kidney disease
• Chronic liver disease (cirrhosis, etc.)
• Diabetes with insulin or other medications for diabetes or other illnesses
• Blood diseases (excluding iron deficiency anemia)
• Diseases with reduced immune function (including malignant tumors receiving treatment or palliative care)
• Receiving treatments that reduce immune function, such as steroids
• Neurological and neuromuscular diseases associated with immune disorders
• A state in which physical function is impaired due to neurological or neuromuscular diseases (respiratory disorders, etc.)
• Chromosomal abnormality
• Severe mental and physical disability (severe physical disability and severe intellectual disability overlap)
• Sleep apnea syndrome
• Severe mental illness (hospitalized in a medical institution for the treatment of mental illness, possession of a mental illness health and welfare notebook, or independence support medical care (psychiatric outpatient care) falls under “severe and continuous” )
• Intellectual disability (if you have a nursing notebook)
Obese people with BMI 30 or above
BMI is a value calculated by [weight (kg)] ÷ [height (m) squared].
