Information on mass vaccination venues for the new corona vaccine
Latest information
- If 5 months have passed since receiving the additional (third) inoculation for the purpose of preventing aggravation, those over 60 years old and those with underlying diseases over 18 years old will be given additional (fourth) inoculation. You can receive it. Those who are not eligible will not be vaccinated.
- At some mass vaccination venues, additional (third) vaccinations are available without reservation . The age and time of inoculation vary depending on the venue.
- At the mass vaccination site of the Chiba Central Community Center , Takeda’s new corona vaccine (Novaxovid) is inoculated for those who receive the first (1st and 2nd) vaccinations and the additional (3rd) vaccinations .

In Chiba City, in addition to inoculation at individual medical institutions, we have opened venues in public facilities of the city where you can receive the new corona vaccine.
At the mass vaccination site, we are currently conducting additional ( third) and additional (fourth) vaccinations . In addition, the Chiba Central Community Center continues to provide the first (1st and 2nd) inoculations for people over 12 years old. In the case of the first (1st and 2nd) inoculation, the date and time of the 2nd inoculation will be the same time 3 weeks after the 1st inoculation .

You can receive additional (third) inoculation without reservation
At the mass vaccination venue, there are dates and times when additional (third) vaccinations can be received without reservation for those who fall under all of the following.
- Those who have passed 5 months since the completion of the first (1st and 2nd) inoculation
- Those who have not made a reservation for additional (third) vaccination at a medical institution, etc.
- Those who have a resident card in Chiba City
Since the vaccine used is different, the age at which the vaccine can be received varies depending on the venue. Please be sure to bring your vaccination ticket , pre- examination slip , and identity verification documents on the day of the event.
