Help Desk for inquiries about household waste
We have added a new “Chiba City Household Garbage Consultation Dial” as a contact point for responding to various inquiries regarding household waste. Please use it if you have any problems with household waste, such as the operation status of the garbage truck, omission of collection from the garbage station, and the method of separating garbage. In addition, we will continue to respond to inquiries at the city hall call center, city collection operations section and each environmental office.
