This nursing home is operated by Dotline, which has the largest number of medical, nursing and welfare businesses in Chiba Prefecture (according to Tokyo Shoko Research). Specialized staff will support the lives of residents 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, from medical and nursing care to terminal care and end-of-life care, for elderly people and people with disabilities who are highly dependent on medical care.

Steps to move in

Inquiries and consultations

Please feel free to contact us by phone and our staff will be happy to answer any questions or requests you may have.

Facility tour

You and your family can come and see the atmosphere of the house and the surrounding area for yourself, something that you cannot find on the website or in a pamphlet. Dedicated staff will be on hand to assist you. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns you may have about moving in.

Fill out and submit the tenancy application form (provisional application) and other documents

If, after viewing and consultation, you understand the fees and housing management policies, etc., and you wish to move in, you will be asked to submit a provisional application by filling out a Provisional Tenancy Application Form.

Interview with tenants

As part of the preparation for moving in, we will interview the resident and their family to ask about their current physical condition and what kind of life they would like to live after moving in. If necessary, we will also visit the resident’s home or hospital directly. It is important to hear about the resident’s daily life before moving in, so please feel free to think of it as a relaxed and easy-going experience.

*Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on the results of the interview.

Notification of occupancy decision – Contract

After the interview, we will promptly decide whether or not you can move in and inform you of the result. If you confirm your intention to move in through the tour, consultation, and interview, this will be your official application.

Move in

Once the tenancy agreement is completed and payment has been confirmed, you can move in on the contracted move-in date.
