Inoculation interval
As a general rule, additional (third) inoculation is given to those who have passed eight months or more from the completion of the first (first and second) inoculation .
However, in principle, the following inoculation intervals are used for medical staff , workers in facilities for the elderly, and those aged 65 and over .

* “Persons aged 65 and over” refer to those who will reach the age of 65 or older by March 31, 2022 (Reiwa 4).
In addition, the principle of the inoculation interval is as described above, but as soon as the inoculation ticket arrives , you can reserve and receive the inoculation frame that can be reserved.
Inoculation costs
You can inoculate for free (full public expense).
However, you will be responsible for the transportation costs to the inoculation site.
Vaccination ticket (coupon ticket) and vaccination certificate
The vaccination ticket used for the additional (third) vaccination will be delivered in the month before the month when each person starts vaccination.
Chiba City will mail an inoculation ticket to those who have a resident card in Chiba City.
The vaccination ticket will be used on the day of vaccination reservation and vaccination, and will be a vaccination certificate after vaccination (the lower right part of the vaccination ticket mount. As an exceptional handling, the vaccination ticket has not arrived. For those who have been vaccinated, the vaccination record will be proof that they have been vaccinated.)
