How to apply for a cancer screening ticket sticker
When you go to Chiba City Cancer Screening, you need a “Cancer Screening Ticket Sticker”. The cancer screening ticket sticker will be sent with the target screening printed according to age, so please select the desired screening from the sent consultation tickets.
For those who fall under the following “1 Those who do not need to apply”, on May 11, 1945, “Reiwa 4th Cancer Screening Ticket Sticker”, information on cancer screening, etc. will be posted. We have sent it to those who undergo mass screening.
- Depending on age, gender, past consultation history, etc., a sticker tailored to the person will be mailed, so the arrival date of the mail may differ even for the same household.
- For those who have not received the screening documents and have no other opportunities for screening such as workplace screening after the end of May to June of Reiwa 4 and wish to have a new cancer screening ticket seal. Please refer to “2 How to apply” before applying. Within about 2 weeks, we will send out a sticker for cancer screening, etc., information on cancer screening, etc., and to those who undergo cancer screening.

Those who applied for or received Chiba City Cancer Screening after April 2017
20/25/30/35/40/45/50/55/60 years old
Those over 65 years old
Those over 20 years old who have National Health Insurance
- Age is the age to reach from April 1, 4th year of Reiwa to March 31st, 5th year of Reiwa.
