Life independence / work counseling center (independence counseling support organization)
At the Life Independence and Work Counseling Center, we will make your own support plan.
If you have any problems or anxieties about your life, such as “work does not last long”, “not confident to get a job”, “I have troubles in my life, but I do not know what to do”, “life independence / work consultation” Please contact the Center.
The “Life Independence and Work Counseling Center” is a free counseling service set up by Chiba City.
The counseling support staff thinks about what kind of support is needed together with the counselor, creates a concrete support plan for solving the problem situation, and aims to become independent according to each person’s situation while being close to each other. We will support you.
Anyone who lives in Chiba City can consult at any center. (Consultation is also possible at centers other than residential areas.)

If you have any concerns about “work” or “life”, first consult here.
If you have any problems or worries about your work or life, please contact the “Life Independence / Work Counseling Center”. The counseling support staff will think about what kind of support is needed together with the counselor, create a concrete support plan, and provide support for independence while staying close to them.
Work preparation support business
Step up little by little toward employment.
For those who have difficulty in working immediately, such as “I’m worried about relationships with society” or “I can’t communicate well with other people”, “Aptitude test”, “Individual work”, and “Group” for general employment. We provide support for employment and employment opportunities through “work”.
Household improvement support project
Helping to rebuild the household budget.
By “visualizing” the household budget situation and objectively grasping the income and expenditure situation, we support the consultant to manage the household budget by himself.
Employment training business
Providing a place of employment with a flexible working style.
For those who have a desire to work but have difficulty in general employment immediately, a work style that slowly steps up toward general employment while providing work opportunities suitable for that person (so-called “intermediate employment”) ) Will be supported.
Temporary life support business
We provide food, clothing and shelter for those who do not have a residence.

About the outline of the independence support system for people in need
