Households eligible for payment

Households that cannot use special loans such as emergency small-lot funds and meet all of the following requirements
(Note) Households that cannot use special loans such as emergency small-lot funds are the following households.
・ Households that have finished borrowing the re-lending of the comprehensive support fund / Households that have finished borrowing by March 4th [Updated on December 15]・ Households for which the re-lending of the comprehensive support
fund has been disapproved
Households that did not make an application after consulting for a loan
・Households that have finished borrowing the initial loan of emergency small-lot funds and comprehensive support funds excluding the above three / Households that have finished borrowing by March 4th [December] Updated on the 15th]
* 1  This support fund is applicable when the re-lending is disapproved after receiving both the emergency small-lot fund and the comprehensive support fund (first time). If the re-lending is disapproved while only one or both of them are being loaned, the household is not eligible for the re-lending and will not be eligible for this support fund.
* 2 It is possible to apply for  ”households that have finished borrowing the initial loan of emergency small-lot funds and comprehensive support funds / households that have finished borrowing by March 1st, 4th year of Reiwa” after January 1st, 4th year of Reiwa .
* 3 The month in which you can apply for independence support is the final borrowing month for special loans such as emergency small-lot funds.

Receiving requirements

(1) Livelihood maintenance requirements
Those who mainly maintain the livelihood of the household in the month of applying for the independence support fund

(2) Income requirements
The income in the month of applying for independence support does not exceed the total amount of 1 and 2. (Monthly amount)

(3) Asset requirements
Deposits and savings on the day of application for independence support must be 6 times or less of 1/12 of the municipal inhabitant tax per capita tax exemption amount. (However, less than 1 million yen)

(4) Requirements for job hunting, etc. Satisfy
either of the following requirements a or b.
A. Apply for a job at the Public Employment Security Office (Hello Work) or a free vocational counseling service set up by a local public organization , and aim for employment with a labor contract with no fixed term or a labor contract with a fixed term of 6 months or more. B. You have applied for livelihood protection and have not made any decisions regarding this application.

(5) Others
・ The applicant must be the main livelihood maintainer of the household.
・ You have not received allowances for vocational training.
・ You have not received welfare expenses (except when you have applied and are waiting for disposal).
・ Do not apply for re-lending by deception or other improper means.
・ Not a member of a gangster.

* 1 It is possible to pay together with the housing security benefit, the temporary special benefit for single-parent households, and the special benefit for living support for low-income child-rearing households.

If it is decided to receive the independence support fund, report the details of job hunting activities, etc. every month from the date when the independence support fund is decided to the Chiba City New Coronavirus Infectious Diseases Independence Support Fund Office Center ( You need to do it 3 times in total). (The deadline for submission is within 3 business days (must arrive) after each job hunting period ends. 1. Perform all of the following activities (1) to (3).
( 1 ) Receive support such as an interview at the Life Independence / Job Counseling Center at least once every month counting from the payment decision date .

Notification by regular employment

If you find a job for an indefinite period or are expected to be employed for 6 months or more as a result of job hunting while receiving the independence support fund, please submit a regular employment notification (Form No. 7) .
If you make this report, you will need to submit monthly documents (salary details, etc.) that can confirm your income during the payment period after that month .
In addition, if the monthly income exceeds the income requirement that the new coronavirus infectious disease independence support fund will be discontinued by this employment, in principle, the payment will be discontinued from the month when the income was obtained. The independence support fund for the month will be returned.
