This is a support fund of up to 350,000 yen for small and medium-sized enterprises such as individuals and corporations who are facing a difficult business environment due to the rapid rise in crude oil prices and commodity prices due to the corona crisis .
The features of this support are the following 3 points!
① We will support the application at the consultation desk.
⇒In addition to the dedicated call center, we have set up a dedicated consultation desk for questions about how to fill out the application form and questions.
② You can apply even if you do not have all the receipts related to the cost.
⇒In some cases, you can apply with two receipts.
(3 ) Any type of industry. Small and medium-sized enterprises with increased costs and sole proprietors are eligible.
⇒ (Excluded) Public corporations, political and religious groups, etc.

3 Eligible persons
SMEs (corporations and sole proprietors) who satisfy 1, 2, and 3 below can be eligible for benefits.
1 Small and medium-sized enterprises, etc. whose costs* such as raw material costs increased by 100,000 yen or more compared to the previous year from April to August 2022 due to the impact of soaring crude oil prices and commodity prices.
Or small and medium-sized enterprises, etc. whose costs* such as raw material costs increased by 200,000 yen or more compared to the previous year from September to November 2022.
2 (1) “For applications between April and August” SMEs, etc. that will open by August 2021 and have a “head office” or “principal place of business” in Chiba City.
(2) “Applications made between September and November” Small and medium-sized businesses, etc. that will open their businesses by November 2021 and have their “head office” or “principal place of business” in Chiba City.
[For corporations] The place of tax payment must be Chiba City in the latest final tax return.
[In the case of a sole proprietor] The principal place of business must be in Chiba City or have an address in Chiba City.
3 Willing to continue business in Chiba City in the future.
* Eligible costs: Raw material costs (raw materials, materials, purchased goods, consumables, shipping charges), utility costs (electricity, gas), fuel costs (gasoline, heavy oil, light oil, kerosene)
